Project Based Consulting
We provide project management support on a part-time basis for specific projects. We act as the project manager, or in a project controls capacity – supporting the clients’ project manager.
General Project Management Consulting
We work with clients to improve or establish their project management processes. This may involve the introduction or support of a new tool, and/or the establishment of a project management office.
Staff Augmentation
We support long term contracts with experienced PMP-certified staff for clients with extended project requirements.
Dell Hardware
We provide a wide range of Dell laptops, desktops and equipment.
